Senior Account Manager
About UsWe are Debrunner Acifer AG, a leading company in the field of geotechnics. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to join us.
Key Responsibilities- To develop strong relationships with our clients through regular meetings to review their performance, both financially and against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- To train and develop direct reports and ensure a culture of high-performing teams by investing in talent development.
- To identify new business opportunities and work with line managers to prepare and present proposals to add value to client operations and extend services.
- To monitor and control budgets, ensuring sales and profit targets are met.
- To ensure that head office departments are briefed in a timely manner to develop client objectives and adhere to internal processes.
- To collaborate with various stakeholders within CPM and work across divisions and accounts as required.
- To assist with new business pitches, helping to create pitch documents and tender responses for existing and new clients.
- To maintain and develop systems to measure achievement of objectives, including field accompaniment and auditing.
- Prior experience as an Account Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of delivering results and managing high-performing teams.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Organizational skills, drive, and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of the grocery or FMCG sector is desirable.
This role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000, car allowance, company bonus scheme, pension, private medical insurance, 26 days' holiday (rising by one day per year up to 31 days), and flexible benefits. We also offer hybrid working arrangements and flexibility on location.
