Sales Enablement Specialist

To achieve this goal, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Performance Manager to join our team at Optima Personal Gianni Pilot. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions that meet their requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record of driving business growth and sales success in a similar role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans that achieve business objectives.
