Are you a dynamic, organized, and experienced Executive Assistant who speaks fluent English and Arabic? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment? If so, we want you to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and ensuring our operations run smoothly. You'll be responsible for managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports. You'll also have the opportunity to organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, and conduct research to support decision-making processes.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have at least 5 years of experience in an executive support role, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. You'll need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative when necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is also required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an executive support role, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
In return for your expertise, we offer a salary range of 6700 - 8400 Swiss Francs per month, depending on experience. You'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, surrounded by talented colleagues who are dedicated to achieving our goals.
