**Global Segment Manager HVACR (flexible location)**:

**This position reports to**:
Division Head of Sales, Drive Products

**Your responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate significant domain expertise regarding HVACR go to market trends and standards in main markets
- Define, plan and implement profitable growth strategy with support of HVACR Channel and Strategy
- Work with LSU’s to quantify and validate served and available market and associated trends
- Build relationships with regional and country leadership resulting in a mutually agreeable investment in HVACR specific activities and resources
- Ensure that the major accounts and opportunities in the segment are identified and prioritized
- Demonstrate an unwavering spirit of ethical and company policy compliance
- Build an environment led by embracing the needs of the customer
- Lead preparation and delivery of specific marketing content to customers and local / global business leaders
- Support trade shows and industry associations as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety and work rules and regulations

**Your background**:

- 8+ years of experience within a complex business environment selling products or solutions
- Demonstrated industry influence and demand creation mentoring
- Demonstrate the ability to lead, influence, mentor and guide other sales professionals, regions and countries to build a comprehensive and effective HVACR sales team
- Demonstrated ability to sell technical solutions and services
- Account management history of OEM and Channel Partners in the HVACR industry
- Understanding of customer needs, experience in customer interface and strong presentation skills
- Experience of sales leadership
- Fluent English both spoken and written, good communication skills
- Social, networking and stress-tolerant, cultural sensitivity, flexibility e.g. traveling
- Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software tool like SalesForce and PowerBI
