**Local RA Manager & Global Solution Center Manager - Poland based**:

As the Local RA Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring profit & loss and leading the local business growth in Poland (from our Warsaw office) through the local representation of the Global Business. You will oversee the local business including Marketing & Sales, Operations and Customer Service through delivering superior customer experience and related profitable growth with aligned strategies, for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Poland. Additionally, as GSC Manager you will have global responsibility for Packaging business globally by developing the portfolio and innovation in alignment with Global BL and segments roadmap for Functional Modules and Application Cells with R&D team hosted & part of GSCs.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Implements the Global Business strategy in the country and ensures business development and appropri-ate go-to-market strategy (channel, segment, and account) is in place. Provides input to Global Business strategy and participates in Local Business strategy development.
- Implements operational strategy for the GSC Packaging globally, securing the global reach of the GSC with interaction in the different Local Engineering Centers around the globe and supporting them with so-lutions, training, infrastructure, customer demos and tests.
- Secures global engineering efficiency with the promotion of the different OPCs, EDP, etc,.
- Evaluates market opportunities and decides appropriate activities in line with the strategy. Coordinates opportunities across Local Businesses where appropriated.
- Oversees all Marketing & Sales activities within the Local Business, as well as focusing on Business Line segments in the domestic market. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
- Ensures development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensures achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
- Works with the relevant global team (e.g. other GSCs) to ensure projects are executed to plan and imple-ments Smart Systems to Global or local named Accounts following BL segments strategy.
- Oversees global operations for Packaging GSC, with high quality products, services, and processes. Moni-tors quality metrics, identifies opportunities for improvement in local and global execution, and oversees improvement activities.
- Ensures the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial re-sults and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures that all customer service activities, including but not limited to field service for commissioning and repair, supply of spare parts, finalization and execution of service agreements etc. are managed effec-tively and to the satisfaction of the customers.
- Ensures a safe working environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity perfor-mance.
- Leads the teams through empowerment and engagement across the teams. Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
**Your background**:
- Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in Robotics industry with sound proficiency in Sales & Marketing and Operations.
- Operations and automation / robotics project execution experience in global environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of value proposition development.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement in business networks.
- Passion for customers, quality, and automation technology.
- Strong leadership and ability to coach, develop, motivate employees.
- Fluency English and effective professional communication skills.
