**At MyBIkePlan we believe in 3 things**:

- E Bikes are an integral part of the future mobility
- Monthly payments are demanded by Gen Z and beyond
- Omni-channel customer experiences are the futre.

We make E-bikes accessible to all by offering a 100% digital solution for customers to purchase and own an E-Bike, starting at CHF 52 per month. This is done through a 0% financing model over 12 to 48 months. Instead of paying CHF 2,500+, customers can own their very own bike for CHF 52+ per month.

Tasks

You will be working in two realms - Customer success & Marketing.

**Customer Success**: \*\*

Do you love talking to people, showing them different perspectives, and making sure everyone has an amazing customer experience? Here you will be hands on and leading all the amazing future MyBikePlan customers throughout their journey.
- Leading customers through the sales process
- Helping generate leads by answering all customers questions
- Processing existing customers and making sure everything is done to keep them as happy as possible
- Hands on with our CRM (Hubspot) platform and designed sales process to help keep an overview of all customers

**\*\*Marketing**:
\*\*Are you ready to dive deep into the world of marketing? Are you eager to learn about all the different marketing fields there are and how they work together.
- Supporting Head of Ecom and Marketing Manager on all the different channels
- Taking over own channels and working at a 100% top quality on them
- Building own channels and tests

**Requirements**:
We do not care about certificates and papers.

You can be a designer, a sales person and engineer or an electrician. All that is important is that you are creative and that you are willing to learn and DO.

We need people that will go out and learn a skill to create something if need be. We need people that can think out of the box on how to find a solution.

**Requirments**:

- Track record of bringing awsome new ideas of how to attract customers
- Track record of executing on awesome new ideas to making it a reality
- If you have studied digital marketing its a plus - general a bachelor is helpful but not a MUST (if you can prove your awesomeness somehow else).
- Language requirments: Fluent German required, French is a BIG BIG plus and company language is English.
