Decentriq is an enterprise SaaS platform providing the world's most secure data clean rooms. We can prove the data's privacy because of an underlying encryption-in-use technology called confidential computing. Our technology is defining the new standard of data collaboration.

Tasks
Your role as Director of Customer Success will be crucial to Decentriq's future in our target industries healthcare, banking and the media sector.
We are looking for an experienced SaaS customer success professional who will work hands on with customers and gradually build up the customer success function at Decentriq.
You will work alongside our clients' technical teams and help them best leverage our technology. We'll need you to convince our most demanding customers to adopt Decentriq's technology.
In this key role you will
- Own customer engagements from PoCs to production and be responsible for their success by maximizing the value the customers get from our platform
- Work with customers who are willing to push our data clean rooms to the edge and identify product gaps that need to be implemented to succeed. Collaborate with the product team to address these gaps.
- Partner with Decentriq sales directors to identify and secure upselling potential
**Requirements**:
- At least five years of experience working in a major enterprise analytics SaaS customer success function, preferably with team lead experience
- Solid understanding of data science as well a knack for understanding our customers' business models
- Excellent communication skills, capable of establishing credibility and trust with IT stakeholders and business owners
- Thirst for making an impact
