Decentriq is an enterprise SaaS platform providing the world's most secure data clean rooms. We can prove the data's privacy because of an underlying encryption-in-use technology called confidential computing. Our technology is defining the new standard of data collaboration.

Tasks

We are looking for a Sales Director to own and accelerate the adoption of our technology in the Pharma & Healthcare sector. The role will consist of
- scale up our early successes in Pharma & Healthcare and win new customers
- develop a sales playbook for Decentriq in Pharma & Healthcare, starting with the Pharmaceutical industry
- own and grow the relationship with existing Pharma & Healthcare accounts
- build out and manage a team to support you
- represent Decentriq at industry events and conferences
- relay constant customer feedback to our product team to ensure product and commercial teams are aligned

**Requirements**:

- prior experience and sales track record in Business Development / Sales in Pharma - minimum 5 years
- pragmatic leader
- genuine curiosity in data and technology
- located Switzerland
