**Responsibilities**:
- Lead global programs with an ambitious focus on client happiness and flawless execution.
- Develop and implement central initiatives to support client objectives and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptionally high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Maintain adherence to industry standards and regulations while ensuring compliance.
- Establish program objectives and metrics, and regularly communicate progress to collaborators.
- Successfully implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment to drive innovation and excellence.
- Manage program risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on program performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product development teams to compete effectively in the market.
**What will you need?**
- In depth understanding of clinical trials and other business services.
- Understanding and competent use of SOPs required by company Quality standards.
- Good knowledge of company functions globally and a deep understanding of the relationships and
processes integration among departments within the business.
- Ability to actively and successfully use a range of influencing and leadership styles dependent
on situation.
- Ability to lead effectively during challenging times and periods of change.
- Ability to influence internal and external contacts on services including but not limited to,
