**Das ist deine Aufgabe**:
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufsprozess, vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Akquise von Neukunden und Aufträgen mit Fokus auf kundenspezifische IT-Lösungen und Softwareprojekte
- Betreuung bestehender Kunden, Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbeziehungen und Identifizieren von Bedarfen für unsere Dienstleistungen und Software-Lösungen
- Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Erarbeitung von leistungsfähigen Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Spezialisten
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie dem Bid
- und Delivery-Team zur Erstellung erstklassiger Angebote
**Das bringst du mit**:
- Fachlich_
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) in BWL oder ähnlichem Fachgebiet
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Business Software Engineering und B2B-Vertrieb
- Tiefes Verständnis sowohl für BWL wie auch für Software-Engineering mit der Fähigkeit, betriebswirtschaftliche Probleme in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen (Solution Selling)
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Vertrieb in einem vergleichbaren Unternehmen
- Spezialisierung auf die Privatindustrie sowie umfangreiches Netzwerk in der Schweiz
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
- Persönlich:_
- Kreatives Denken, Innovationsgeist und Fähigkeit, Lösungen überzeugend zu verkaufen
- Starkes analytisches Denken und technologische Affinität
