**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive with mindit.io, you will play a crucial role in driving significant revenue growth and establishing strong, long-lasting client relationships within the retail sector. Your extensive experience and deep expertise in the retail industry will be critical in achieving ambitious sales targets and expanding our client base, particularly in the DACH region. You will collaborate closely with the senior management team, contributing to the development of our go-to-market strategies, high-level decision-making, and negotiating substantial deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Client Engagement:

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies specifically tailored for the retail industry
- Engage with C-level executives to identify and address business challenges with tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target retail companies
- Secure at least 10 meetings per week with potential clients from your network or through new leads

High-Value Deal Negotiation:

- Negotiate and close deals with enterprise clients
- Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders within the retail sector
- Present our retail-focused portfolio to clients through engaging presentations and collaborative solution development with technical teams

Sales Pipeline Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the internal systems
- Manage and prioritize leads and opportunities to ensure a consistent and healthy sales pipeline
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales activities and progress

Market Intelligence and Strategy:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets within the retail sector

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in DACH sales or business development in the software services industry, with a focus on retail, and a sales target of at least 2 million CHF per year
- Extensive experience and a deep understanding of the retail industry are mandatory
- Experience in setting up new markets and new accounts within the retail sector
- Strong understanding of software services and technology solutions relevant to retail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently as well as within a team
- Creative approach to achieving professional efficiency in conditions of uncertainty, with a hunter mentality
- Advanced English and German language skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
