Role

We are looking for Sales Executive- Banking to innovate, win, and grow with us in Zurich

As a Sales Executive- Banking, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and nurturing a sales pipeline that leads to new business opportunities for our Financial Messaging business. You should have experience in selling solutions to Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, and/or Multi-National Corporations. Knowledge of domestic and cross-border messaging systems, SWIFT Connectivity, hosted/managed and cloud services, payment processes, cash visibility, reconciliation, systems integration, and sanction screening is all highly desirable. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.

How you’ll contribute

  1. Works with the head of Sales to deliver results against revenue and growth targets.
  2. Creates and manages target call lists and executes on prospecting KPIs.
  3. Operates as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your customers throughout the sales cycle, including onsite and remote presentations.
  4. Maintains sales operational requirements including documentation in SF.com and internal communications to senior management and other teams in accordance with best practices.
  5. Forecasts and tracks key account metrics.
  6. Works with implementations and PRM teams to ensure best practices pre and post sales.
  7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you.

  1. 7+ years’ experience selling Enterprise Software solutions to Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, and/or Multi-National Corporations.
  2. High profile sales executive with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. Proven successful ability to sell $1M+ Enterprise software/business solutions.
  4. Ability to develop relationships with the ‘C’ level business users to sell based on business value.
  5. Ability to manage a team of Sales Engineers, IT, and Info Sec. Experts throughout the life cycle of a deal, and to understand high level business and technical requirements.
  6. Experience selling Fraud and Financial Crime to risk executives, BSA/compliance officers, and heads of treasury.
  7. Advantage with knowledge and experience with cloud-based (Azure, GCP, and AWS) and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
  8. Global vision, creativity, and an innovative approach required.
