**Sales Manager**

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join rapidly a growing international fintech company in Lausanne. You'll work alongside the sales team, selling a range of financial products and outsourced software development services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work together with our sales staff as a technical lead and advisor for all our software solutions
- Promote our fintech software solutions and systems throughout the sales cycle
- Define the scope of supply for software solutions in quotations for projects
- Assist the Software Product Manager with pricing and availability
- Identify new features and client solution requirements
- Oversee team training to increase software expertise across the company and partners.

**Profile**:

- Higher educational background (BSc/MSc/PhD or equivalent),
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry,
- Experience specifically within the area of fintech, demonstrating a clear record of developing software products.
- Energetic, disciplined individual who values partnership and thrives on growing and improving a product.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused, strategic, forward-thinking, and solutions-oriented.
- Fluency in English, Native level or C2, both written and spoken
