**Global Marketing and Sales Manager**:

In this role, you will be responsible to develop, plan and ensure the execution of the Business Line sales strategy. Set both qualitative and quantitative targets for products and services and ensure maximum profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Proactively lead, develop, and coach the sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance. Also responsible for our Regional Center managers and structure, this also includes Service execution, capabilities, and employees.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy: Creates, plans, and implements the global sales and growth strategy for the Business Line Force Measurement
- Sales Targets: Defines key sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance across industry segments, key accounts, and channels. Proactively anticipates and identifies shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial action. Drives top-line growth.
- Customer Relations and Account Management: Strengthen customer experience by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in customer and developing new potential customers. Plans and implements customer surveys and acts on the results to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Participates in the negotiation of key global contracts. Drives account management globally and supports a structured and focused account management approach
- Volume, Profit, and Cost: Fully accountable for the P&L of the Business Line Sales organization, by ensuring strong cadence across 8 regions and 41 local Sales units. Identifies, and monitors sales market price levels in collaboration with product line managers. Supports local sales organizations to ensure achievement of sales volume, product mix targets, and profitability targets.
- Risk: Monitors client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. Identifies and manages potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels.
- Sales Process: Develops, implements, and reviews sales processes and tools, and all related training and development activities
- People Leadership and Development: Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed. Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. During collaborations with product line managers determines the required capacity and skills of sales employees and invests in growing that capacity and capability.

**Your background**:

- Master's degree or higher in Engineering Business or Economics.
- At least 10 years experience in tier-1 Sales, Service, or Business Development including 5 years in a global or regional capacity and in-depth experience working with partners and/or OEMs.
- Proven experience in Sales strategy development, Sales Operations, and implementation.
- Good understanding of financial analysis.
- Ability to manage complex projects and proven multi-tasking as well as excellent organizational skills, structured, systematic and analytical, at the same time pragmatic and results-oriented. Demonstrated solving abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to drive topics and initiatives to success at the senior management level while creating buy-in in the organization
- True team player
- Very Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
