- As a Sales Manager for Key Accounts, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing Sonova's business for designated global accounts, sharing sales responsibilities with the team.**Your tasks**
- Supporting the implementation of strategic plans for global accounts to drive growth and share of wallet
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders within the account’s organization and coordinating interactions with the customer to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
- Participating actively in negotiations and contributing valuable insights to finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborating in the development of annual plans, product launches, and joint activities to optimize market presence and revenue generation
- Monitoring sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) against targets and budgets, and proactively suggesting corrective measures if needed to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Participating in on-site and virtual business reviews to assess progress, identify opportunities, and address challenges
- Providing valuable insights and data to contribute to the budget and planning process, ensuring informed decision-making and resource allocation
- Regularly communicating and interacting with all internal and external stakeholders, including Global Controllers, various functional disciplines/departments, and senior management, to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization
- Managing assigned projects related to sales operations, customer engagements, and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes
- Taking the lead in joint projects, such as marketing initiatives and supply chain projects, leveraging cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Actively contributing to interdisciplinary teams and internal initiatives, collaborating with colleagues from marketing, quality, sales regions, operations, and finance to foster innovation and continuous improvement

**Your profile**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or engineering
- **Work Experience**: Minimum 3 years in sales management or strategic account management
- **Negotiation Training**:Equipped with negotiation skills, you'll excel in securing the best deals for our company
- **Strong Project Management Skills**: Your ability to manage projects efficiently will be key in driving success
- **Exceptional Leadership Abilities**: Lead cross-functional teams, spearhead projects, and deliver outstanding results
- **Proactive Mindset**: Bring a can-do attitude to the table, fostering teamwork and support within the group
- **Commercially Driven**: With a focus on business and finance acumen, you'll be instrumental in driving our commercial success
- **Conceptual Thinker**: Tackle complex problems with ease and interpret business metrics to drive informed decisions
- **Analytical Skills**: Dive deep into sales performance data, KPIs, and market trends to uncover insights

- **Language Proficiency**:Proficiency in English and German is essential for seamless global communication; knowledge of Italian is a definite plus
