Key Account Manager Pharma

A globally trusted company in the pharmaceutical industry, leading global provider of high quality OTC products is looking for a Key Account Manager to start as soon as possible and join their team in Zurich.
You will help them to continue their journey in personal health and you will be working within a dynamic team that is driven and competent. Your goal is to drive and connect the company with the Swiss market and retain the strong relationships with the key customers.
- Managing and supporting of the pharmacy and drugstore field sales team throughout Switzerland using defined KPIs
- Engage and coordinate Key Account Manager for the chains and groupings in Western Switzerland with the help of defined KPIs
- Support of the head offices and key customers in the segment pharmacies/drugstores and wholesalers independently in German speaking Switzerland (Canton: Solothurn / Bern, including Bernese Oberland / Canton Freiburg, German speaking)
- Play key role within the supporting meetings with the head offices, which take place monthly or annually and maintain fruitful relationship with the field Sales, trade marketing and supply chain teams
- Introducing new products, implement new business plans and optimize the market connection
- Responsible for sales targets for the pharmaceutical channel
- Actively take part in congresses and meetings, as well as planning meetings independently
- Close exchange and coordination with colleagues in Field Sales/Key Account, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Supply Chain
- Active participation in sales/marketing/trade marketing as well as planning meetings
- Three or more years of expertise in OTC, CHC or FMCG
- Able to work with distributors, pharmacy chains, and other organizations as a key account manager
- Three years of sales experience and a successful EDS professional qualification, preferable with a business diploma,
- Great negotiator with strong organizational and communication skills
- Solid economic and analytical skills, combined with entrepreneurial thinking and behavior
- Knowing the Swiss market and having a strong network there
- Confident to work under pressure with innovative mindset
- Full proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and preferably, CRM solutions like Salesforce
- Fluent German and English, French is a plus
