As a leading online reputation management firm, our client works with companies, public figures, and high-net-worth individuals (HNW) to protect and improve their digital presence. This rapidly growing company has offices around the globe and an enviable account base. To meet expectations, they have an immediate hybrid opening in Switzerland for a remote, HNW-experienced **Business Development Manager.**
**As a Business Development Manager, you will**:
- Develop and nurture new business opportunities
- target HNW individuals, sports stars and celebrities
- Drive new business revenue
- Perform extensive research on prospects
- Prepare and present new business proposals and reputation management reports
- Lead new business pitches
- Those with solid experience in identifying sales opportunities
- New business-focused sales performers with a track record of success
- Those with the ability to manage the full 360 sales cycle
- Those with gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, a humble persona, and a desire to be part of a fast-growing scale-up company
- Fluent German and English speakers
**The successful Business Development Manager can expect**:
- A base salary of 60-80k CHF
- First-year achievable OTE of 180-250k
- Additional, generous, and executive benefits
- 4-day week (Mon-Thur)
- Hybrid / Remote working
