Head of Sales

We are looking for a **Sales & Business Development Lead** to join our Client Solutions Team in **Zurich as soon as possible**.
**In this role you will**:
- manage ECOFACT’s business development efforts and sales pipeline;
- present ECOFACT’s product offerings to prospective clients and potential partners;
- coordinate ECOFACT’s Policy Outlook trial accounts, set up demos of the tool and engage with prospective users;
- prepare client proposals;
- coordinate the preparation of company and client presentations, as well as marketing material;
- engage with prospects, partners, and clients on topics related to sustainable finance, corporate responsibility, and the business and human rights agenda, to identify market trends and new business opportunities;
- organize and moderate internal and external events, conferences, and webinars;
- oversee our marketing activities and social media campaigns.; and
- contribute to the development of a long-term biz dev strategy.
**You are**:
- **fluent in English and German** (spoken and written);
- a self-starter, highly motivated, flexible, and reliable; and
- comfortable in an agile environment where priorities may change.
**You must have**:
- **at least 2 years of relevant sales and business development experience in the financial industry**;
- excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills;
- the ability to take the initiative, work independently, and manage priorities;
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- strong document drafting and PowerPoint skills; and
- a valid Swiss work permit (or are an EU national).
**You earn extra points if you are/have**:
- a sound understanding of sustainable finance, corporate responsibility, and/or the business and human rights agenda, including the regulatory aspects; and
- an easy-going personality and an entrepreneurial spirit.
