- Developing and implementing sales and marketing processes.
- Monitor business activities and performance.
- Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts.
- Collaborating with other departments and management to identify business goals.
- Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends.
- Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
- Implementing and managing CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
- Coordinate various ad campaigns, events, and other related activities.

**About you**
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role,
- Experience with reporting and analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
