Als Marketing
- und Operations Manager (100%) bist du dafür verantwortlich, das Bewusstsein für die Mitarbeitendengesundheit in Unternehmen zu stärken. Wir suchen nach Visionär: innen, die durch kreatives Storytelling das Thema der Mitarbeitendengesundheit zum Leben erwecken Bist du dabei?

Aufgaben
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Success bei der Entwicklung innovativer Gesundheitskampagnen und -botschaften.
- Leitung unserer Gesundheits-Video-Academy, einschliesslich der Aufnahme von Gesundheits-, Workout
- und Bildungsvideos.
- Bearbeitung von Video
- und Bildmaterialien wie Poster, Flyer, Bilder und Videos.
- Erstellung wissenschaftlich fundierter Gesundheitsblogs und Inhalte
- Verwaltung administrativer Aufgaben, die etwa 40% deiner Arbeitszeit ausmachen, darunter die Postverwaltung, Finanz
- und HR-Aufgaben sowie die Koordination von Terminen und Teamevents.

Qualifikation
- Abschluss (HF, FH/Uni) in Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Gesundheitswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem KMU.
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Produktion und Bearbeitung von Video-, Foto
- und Audiomedien sowie im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite, Canva und generelle Tech-savviness.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (C1), weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und der Fähigkeit, sich in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld zurechtzufinden.
- Kreativität in der Entwicklung attraktiver Gesundheitskampagnen und das Talent, diese multimedial zu vermitteln.
- Flair, informative und inspirierende Gesundheitsblogs zu verfassen.
- Organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Detailgenauigkeit und Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Zeitpläne einzuhalten.
- Bereitschaft, sich in Content-Management-Systeme einzuarbeiten (Website, Newsletter, Social Media, CRM).
