Sales Operations Manager

For a longer term project at our client's site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Analyse sales data and produce KPI reportings to provide strong insights for the teams
- Ensure CRM data quality and facilitate customer journey
- Lead the implementation and optimization of a new CRM system, including design inputs
- Develop and deliver training programs to the commercial team on processes, tools, and CRM
- Create monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Cooperate with Finance to support the sales forecasting processes
- Support budget creation with accurate long-term forecast during the budgeting process
- Consolidate business cases and align across multiple departments to support decision-making and resource allocation
- Provide ad hoc support on yearly targets reports, budgeting reports, and additional projects as needed
- Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction

**Ihr Profil**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Operations Manager, Sales Controller, or in a similar role, ideally within the logistics industry
- Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions
- Versed in creating monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially in Excel
- High level of initiative and an independent way of working
- Fluent in English
