**Digital Marketing Manager, Robotics**:

In this role you will be responsible for defining and executing the Digital Marketing Strategy for the business. You will co-own and operate the tools and channels needed to generate demand that drives sales, growing business for ABB Robotics. You will develop the digital marketing strategy, planning digital marketing initiatives and campaigns covering development of social and digital content. The marketing teams, sales teams, and communications teams are your close collaborators and stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop a best-in-class digital marketing and online presence, enhancing user and customer experience and
- engagement across our online platforms.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to analyze the business objectives and translate them into a digital
- marketing strategy for web/social media channels that will increase awareness, engagement and leads for the business.
- Plan and implement campaigns, track relevant KPIs and optimize structure, utilization and digital content.
- Advise country and global colleagues in developing relevant digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Support the organization in developing overall digital marketing competence.
- Manage and improve online channels to generate sales leads and optimize conversion.
- Show strong ownership through data-focused and analytics-driven measurement.
- Evolve and implement the overall MarTech stack

**Your background**:

- Approx 10 years experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or Technology environment
- Significant knowledge of digital channels that enhance demand generation, including social media, SEA, etc.
- Experience working in a global context with the cultural awareness that brings
- Experience running multi-channel digital campaigns
- Analytical skills to measure impact of campaigns
- Good technical understanding and interest in learning about new technologies
- Experience in a highly matrixed organization and in coordinating with and working across geographies.
- Strong business acumen, expected to develop a deep and sophisticated understanding of the business, the portfolio,
- trends and key decision makers/influencers, as well as an understanding of the key drivers for success.
- Action-oriented, strong attention to detail, able to take ownership of large and complex projects and see them through to
- completion with a high standard of excellence
- Positive and passionate personality, with a strong drive to challenge the status quo and continuously improve things
- Fluent English
