**Marketing Collateral Manager, flexible location**:

The marketing collateral manager will be part of the robotics demand generation team and will manage and create content strategies, plans and assets that position ABB robotics as THE partner for robotic automation.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Take a customer-centric / outside-in approach to creating marketing and sales content.
- Work closely with the global, product line and business line marketing teams to generate creative marketing assets (video, graphics, copy, presentations, etc.).
- Act as a speaking partner to product communications as they develop new product assets.
- Create and edit sales collateral.
- Develop a targeted, measurable collateral strategy.
- Working with communications team, communicate the content through new and existing channels.
- Proactively find and drive new ways of promoting and positioning ABB Robotics.
- Manage creative agencies.

**Your background**:

- 5 years of experience in marketing content / creative development for B2B technologies.
- Action-oriented, strong attention to detail, able to take ownership of large and complex projects and see them through to completion with a high standard of excellence.
- Experience in a highly matrixed organization and in coordinating with and working across geographies.
- Practice in building and collaborating with formal and informal networks at all levels of an organization.
- Strong business acumen, expected to develop a deep and sophisticated understanding of the business, the portfolio, trends and key decision makers/influencers, as well as an understanding of the key drivers for success.
- Intercultural sensitivity and experienced in cross-functional, international collaboration and building strong personal networks.
- Action-oriented, strong attention to detail, able to take ownership of large and complex projects and see them through to completion with a high standard of excellence
- Positive and passionate personality, with a strong drive to challenge the status quo and continuously improve things.
- Some design experience a bonus.
- Native English is a plus.
