**Global Digital Communications and Web Manager (location: EU)**:

In this role you will develop and drive effective online communications initiatives and activities through all digital communications channels such as social media channels and web with outside-in approach, aligned content and purposed target audiences to gain internal advocacy and market awareness and engagement for complete offerings and value proposition for the Division. This role is open globally, but location is set in ABB Offices with European time zone. This role is a 12 months temporary contract.

Global Communications Manager, IEC LV Motors

**Your responsibilities**:

- Establish digital communications and web strategy and action plan in alignment with the Motion Business Area digital strategy.
- Ensure effective cascade of the plan and purposeful engagement for it across the organization through vertical and horizontal collaboration.
- Development, transformation, execution and governance of digital communications initiatives, programs and channels to engage various stakeholders as per the Divisions communications strategy.
- Work closely with business and functional representatives, marketing and sales across the organization to ensure collaboration, alignment and feasibility of the approaches.
- Manage digital and web presence, create and maintain as well as support organizational representatives to maintain the divisional web pages including training internal stakeholders as per the Motion governance model for web.
- Lead one of the functional focus areas for web at Motion Business Areas level on behalf of other divisions.
- Collaborate with global and local colleagues to ensure best possible digital and web engagement and positioning for drives business and portfolio also in combination with ABB’s other, comprehensive offerings.
- Ensure quality and superior user experience in alignment with global guidelines, employ and cascade tools like SEO, SEM.
- Develop and maintain ways to maximize the benefits of the marketing automation, act as champion in Pardot for the divisions, act as key Communications collaboration partner for internal stakeholders in Marketing and eCommerce and other functions and initiatives involving digital interface to support sales efforts.
- Ensure data-driven approach to all digital communications. Develop and employ relevant KPIs to measure and improve digital communications effectiveness across all digital channels In alignment with Motion digital strategy. Maintain effective measurement and monitoring workflow for the digital and web communications.

**Your background**:

- University degree in Communications, Marketing or related Digital field
- 5+ years of experience in digital communications or marketing communications, holistic understanding of communications and digital environment
- Deep understanding of digital environment and engaging stakeholder communications in digital environment
- Business driven, highly motivated, self-driven personality, ability to work under pressure.
- Web editing skills (CMS), web usability, analytics, SEO, technical understanding of how the web works.
- Ability to lead, plan, implement, prioritize and evaluate projects
- Ability to take strategic plans into execution effectively
