**Web & Digital Storytelling Manager**:**

In this role you will be working as part of the ABB Digital Channels and Innovation Team. The Web & Digital Storytelling Manager will be responsible for the digital engagement and experience strategy and channel execution of ABB corporate brand campaigns. The Web & Digital Storytelling Manager will oversee delivering, managing, and reporting on digital campaigns across channels.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Storytelling: Liaise and collaborate with corporate stakeholders, discipline heads and the storytelling team from a digital perspective by ensuing regular exchange
- Take content from storytelling team and other corporate stakeholders to turn it into a high-quality and visually appealing online experience. Lead and support with the ideation and development of digital campaigns and microsites across ABB (Corporate). Partner with editorial and creative counterparts to develop a coordinated, sophisticated, and high-quality digital campaign experience for ABB
- Analytics: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that clearly and measurably connect metrics to overall corporate business objectives. Monitor and deep dive into KPIs to surface ongoing findings for digital channels and campaign performance as well as digital audience. Report the metrics to discipline heads and corporate stakeholders to continuously improve the digital experience and campaign development. Collaborate and manage third party support responsible for tracking KPIs and analytics
- ComTech and Innovation: Stay current on the latest communication technology trends and infer their meaning for ABB corporate communication. Identify trends and technologies that are relevant to and can improve work and collaboration within ABB corporate communications as well as with other corporate stakeholders. Incorporate beneficial technologies in ABB corporate communications efforts

**Your background**:

- Minimum of +5 years of industry experience in relevant communication positions, with sound knowledge in digital communications
- Capabilities in implementing digital experience strategies, including storytelling, digital campaign development and website management
- Strong web management skills. Knowledge of Adobe AEM and Sitefinity a plus
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Première, After effect)
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Used to working in international environments (strong intercultural skills)
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus
