To strengthen our young, highly motivated, and powerful team, we are now looking for an:
Client Relationship Manager (M/F/d)
Tasks
**You will be responsible for the following areas**:
- Acquiring and advising HNWI clients who want to invest in Bitcoin
- Responsibility for the onboarding of major clients/investors
- Assisting with the management and administration of compliance and client documents
- Diverse collaboration in our small, dynamic OTC and Operations team
- Written correspondence with our internal compliance team
**Requirements**:
What do you need for this job?
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position with client responsibility in a fintech startup, ideally with an existing client network
- Fluent in German and English, French or Italian is a plus
- Clear and efficient verbal and written communication skills
- Unconditional reliability, service orientation and strong work ethic
- High affinity and passion for Bitcoin, finance and working in a startup environment
