Job Summary:_**

At Huisong, we are looking for a motivated, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join our global team As our Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining high-quality business relationships and implementing a sustainable sales strategy in the region.

**_ Job Description:_**

**Sales & Marketing**:

- ** Achieve sales targets** set by the organization
- ** Discover and develop new customers** and market opportunities in the region
- ** Maintain and grow** business relationship with existing clients
- ** Maintain and improve** Huisong’s brand image and reputation in the region
- ** Develop new products and services** for customers in the region
- ** Collaborate **with the Executive Leadership Team to develop short and long-term growth strategy in the region for the next 5-10 years

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales manager or business development manager
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the company
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- 3+ years of sales experience in either nutrition supplements, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies
- Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields
