Solaredge is looking for a tech-savvy, flexible and responsible Technical Inside Sales Manager (ACH) based in Switzerland to strengthen our excellent team in Switzerland. As a technology specialist, you will work directly with installers to introduce new customers to our system concept and train experienced installers in advanced technical solutions. This position requires a high degree of independence and dynamism.

**What are your responsibilities?**
- Development of a concept for comprehensive technical training in the Switzerland region (on site & online)
- Implementation of regular training courses, imparting knowledge and competence in the countries of Switzerland
- Implementation of customer practical training through on-site support at the customer
- Qualification of installers for the professional use of SEDG products, systems and services
- Contact person for sales, direct customers and installers for product-related questions
- Development of the Swiss market requirements for new products, features and regulations
- Coordinating product and market requirements with sales and technical marketing
- Development and maintenance of product-related training documents and tools in cooperation with Marketing, TM and Service

- Technical training, electrical engineering understanding or experience in the field of electrical/PV installations
- Previous experience in the PV industry - a plus
- Strong technical attitude with the ability to understand the customer's needs and offer solutions
- Distinct customer orientation
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working for an international organization - not a must
- Fluent German and good English
- Independent and proactive working style, commitment, good communication skills
- Quick learner, adaptable character, ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time)
