Über die Position Als District Sales Manager (m/w) bei claire´s bist Du für die Führung, Motivation und Inspiration der Mitarbeiter in deinem Gebiet verantwortlich. Neben der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter besteht eine deiner Hauptaufgaben in der Entwicklung deiner Teams. Du bist zuständig für die Steigerung der Umsatz
- und Ergebnisentwicklung, die Optimierung des Kundenservices sowie das Coaching der Filialleiter. Darüber hinaus bist Du verantwortlich für die Kontrolle der Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensrichtlinien in den Filialen. Qualifications - External
Dein Profil: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im Einzelhandel in vergleichbarer Position - Begeisterungsfähigkeit für unser Produkt und Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden - Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein - Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Zielstrebigkeit - Gute MS-Office und Englischkenntnisse
