**Job Overview**

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on and self-confident personality with an independent working style and a solid level of resilience. In this role you will be a team member of the “Group Reporting & Accounting” department and reporting directly to the Global Head of Group Reporting, Accounting & Tax based in Zug/Switzerland.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Organizing and booking travel arrangements, such as flights, hotels, and rental cars for our Swiss based colleagues
- Searching for best travel options on common internet service providers or with the travel agency
- Researching and recommending travel destinations
- Process refunds on travel bookings or perform changes on issued bookings
- Knowledge and support on necessary travel documents (like ESTA, visa, passport duration, etc.)
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and regulations
- In case needed, preparation of invitation letters and other documentation for working permit/country entrance
- Coordinating logistics for business trips and events
- Managing travel budgets
- Handle expense claims according to company policy and review invoice receipts for travel cost
- Compile and provide analysis about travel spent on a monthly basis
- Providing exceptional customer service to our colleagues
- Support & ensure compliance of audit requirements
- Supporting administrative processes and other duties as assigned

**Minimum requirements**
- Education in Business Administration or similar education
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar Administrative role
- Experience with travel bookings with common online tools
- Proven customer service orientation and high problem solving skills
- Fluency in English

**Preferred Requirements**
- Fluency in German
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Highly reliable and independent working style
- Well organized, being responsible and stress resistant
- Good knowledge in MS-Office expected
