**Key Account Manager, Mass Market (f/m/d)**
This position reports into Head of Mass channel, Alpine and is based out of Zug, Switzerland (hybrid)

**What will you do**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Independent and target-oriented planning, management and control as well as the realization of your sales and profit targets for allocated customer portfolio
- Detailed analysis of the market environment; development and implementation of resulting customer potential in line with the Kenvue strategy
- Full P&L responsibility for allocated customer portfolio; deliver against quarterly customer targets; optimization of trade spends to drive top line and bottom line growth
- Independently conduct annual negotiations and lead the planning of the customer budget for the national key accounts
- Cross-functional coordination and collaboration with relevant stakeholders from Marketing, Customer Activation, Supply Chain and Controlling to ensure holistic customer support
- Management and talent development of one (sales operations) employee
Qualifications
**What we are looking for**
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Successfully completed university degree with focus on business
- An average of 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Key Account Management. Experience in the Swiss Mass Market is a must.
- Goal-oriented approach, ability to work in a high-pressure environment and ready to embrace a high level of personal responsibility
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PPT
- Fluent in German and English
- Driving license B
