Für einen unserer Mandanten mit Hauptsitz in der Schweiz suchen wir eine/n **Global Key Account Manager 100% (M/F/d)**

**Ihre Verantwortungen**:

- Vorausschauende Koordination von Kundenthemen im Unternehmen mit Schnittstelle zu relevanten internen Funktionen wie Vertrieb, R&D, Business Development, Marketing, u.a.
- Analyse möglicher Geschäftsrisiken in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden und Erstellung von Mitigationsplänen in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
- Entwicklung einer langfristigen Key Account Strategie. Kontinuierlicher Abgleich mit der strategischen Ausrichtung des Schlüsselkunden
- Identifizierung & Bündelung von Kundeninformationen und -bedürfnissen
- Beobachtung relevanter Märkte, Kunden, Wettbewerber und Produkte zwecks Erstellung von Prognosen und Ableitung strategischer Empfehlungen basierend auf zukünftigen Trends und Marktveränderungen

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium sowie mind. 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb und Key Account Management, mit Betreuung von Kunden der Pharmabranche
- Fundiertes Wissen über Verpackungen, deren Materialien und Herstellung
- Professionelles Auftreten, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Reisetätigkeit
