Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Switzerland is recruiting for a(n) Key Account & Customer Activation Manager (m/w/d), located in Zug.
**Key Account & Consumer Activation Manager (f/m/d)**
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Activation Manager (40%):
- Analyze and understand shopper insights and market data to identify insight gaps and growth potentials in the market
- Define trade marketing and category management strategies for assigned brands and conduct post-analyses (assortment, price, promotion, shelf optimization, customer instore events)
- Development of all sales materials, POS materials, print ads, displays, promotions and instore events in time
- Budget management of assigned brands
- Very close contact & collaboration with sales and DASHB Customer Marketing colleagues
Key Account Manager (60%):
- Full P&L responsibility of assigned Key Accounts
- Conducting and leading price and annual negotiations
- Accountable for leading and defining the key account strategy for sales aligned with broad company strategy and achieving agreed annual sales and profit budgets
- Tactical management of key account sales and customer matters to achieve both short
- and long-term sales and profit objectives
- Providing accurate sales, investment and demand forecasts
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
Experience and Skills:
Over 3 years in the Sales/ Marketing field in consumer goods/FMCG with direct customer experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent team working and outstanding communication skills
- Prioritization skills and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a customer focus
- Good project management skills
Required:
