As our new Key Account Manager, within this role, you will be responsible for implementing and executing Key Account & Client Management plans and processes to retain and strengthen client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement the developed Key Account & Client Management programs, plans and policies and prepare for execution to retain and strengthen client relationships and meet business needs
- Understand and analyze ongoing Key Account & Client Management processes identifying any need for improvement and implementing programs and policies that better suit the needs of Galderma
- Develop and formulate client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and reviewing proposals and quotations to meet business needs
- Coordinate and prioritize Key Account & Client Management activities to provide effective service to all level of Galderma employees
- Track and report the results and the alignment of the Key Account & Client Management activities to retain and expand current customer relationships
- Implement and execute high-quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients
- Implement, execute and maintain Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations
- Contributes to the development and administration of all processes related to Key Account & Client Management programs and policies
- Collaborate Industry-specific relationship management activities
- Participate in driving transformation and change of Key Account & Client Management practices
- Guide and consult Galderma employees on Key Account & Client Management related matters with focus on operational activities

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in the field of marketing, sales, economics, pharma industry or health economy preferable
- Minimum of 5-8 years of consulting experience in the service-oriented private clinic and practice sector
- Proven communicator with positive charisma and a feel for people - from clinic managers to desk staff
- Entrepreneurial, creative thinking coupled with hands-on way of working, even in challenging change projects
- Enthusiasm for premium service quality and experience staging
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving competence
- Proven experience in key account consulting and consulting in the healthcare sector
- Experience with implementation and execution of tailor-made trainings and workshops
- Execution of customer relation management
- Project management and execution of transformation processes
- Good communication skills and writing skills
- Language skills: German fluent, English fluent, good French skills
