Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
Proven track record of at least 7 years in pharmaceutical sales, with a substantial portion in a sales management or leadership capacity.
Comprehensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and market intricacies in Switzerland.
Demonstrated ability to consistently surpass sales targets, drive team performance, and strategically lead market expansion efforts.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German, French and/or Italian and English.
Analytical prowess and strategic thinking to assess complex market dynamics and formulate innovative solutions.
