Aircraft Bid Manager for Government Sales

Are you a seasoned bid manager with a passion for Government Aviation?

As an Aircraft Bid Manager for Government Sales at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, you will play a vital role in managing bids, proposals, and responses to requests for information for Government Aviation sales.

  • Define and manage bid teams to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and quality of responses.
  • Support and lead proposal kick-off meetings and tasking other departments and teams accordingly.
  • Ensure consistency of approach for bids and proposals for new sales from Government Aviation.
  • Advising Sales and Capture Management teams with respect to processes and procedures.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business/Finance or project management.
  • Formal training in proposal development and bid management.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a large cross-functional bid team.
  • Experience in preparing and leading responses in defense contracting requests for proposals.
  • Fluent written and spoken English essential, German an advantage.
