Your profile
  • Proven experience in a senior assistant or executive support role, with a strong track record of supporting senior management
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality at all times
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
Our Team

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission
  • Efficient management and coordination of appointments, meetings, conferences, and business travel for the Senior Management Team
  • Responsibility for correspondence (emails, written communication), prioritizing inquiries, and ensuring professional and clear communication
  • Preparation and organization of meetings, presentations, and materials for board sessions and international conferences
  • Active participation in meetings for minute-taking, tracking action points, and documenting key decisions
  • High-level travel management: booking and coordinating business trips, including preparation of travel documents and aligning agendas
  • Oversight of internal and external communications, including drafting memos, letters, and announcements to ensure transparency and clarity within the organization
