**Assistant Position**

This job plays a key role in the day-to-day management of Krisken Management’s operations. You will support the CEO and managers in organizing the most important aspects of their work including meetings, travel and logistics. As an assistant you will be interacting mostly with the CEO and managers as well as other employees. Our values are set in autonomy, quality and support.
**Position Requirements**
To successfully perform the role of an Assistant, you should bring the following:
- Experience and Skills: You are an experienced assistant who understands how to manage a demanding office. You have at least 2 years of experience in an international, highly dynamic business environment.
- Language Proficiency: In addition to your native German, you are proficient in English at the professional level. Other languages are seen as a plus but not essential.
- Cultural Fit: You have an interest in sports and finance, are multilingual, have seen a bit of the world, and understand how to interact with athletes, celebrities and executives.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Supports CEO and manager directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, etc.
- Receive and answer calls for the CEO in office.
- Provides administrative support.
- Makes administrative decisions and takes action in the client’s & CEO’s absence.
- Manages a high-volume travel schedule.
- Conserves client’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
- Coordinates projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates.
- Prepares documents and overview sheets for meetings, client calls and strategy meetings.
- Keeps, prepares, and distributes minutes of meetings.
**Work Hours**
The work-week starts on Mondays and ends on Fridays, from 08:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00. The team size in Zurich varies due to travel but usually ranges from 2-4 people. Tasks in the office usually take 30 mins to 2 hours and occasionally projects lasting 1-2 weeks will be needing more attention.

**Education & Experience**
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a corporate office environment
- Client services experience a plus
**Job Type**: 100%
Pay: CHF4’800.00 - CHF5’250.00 per month
