For our office in Zurich we are looking for a
**Office Manager & Executive Assistant (M/F/d)**
**Your responsibilities**
- Take full responsibility for the daily running of the office including, but not limited to, liaising with external suppliers & service providers, organizing office supplies, overseeing the tidiness and organization of the office.
- Provide best-in-class executive support, ensuring smooth and seamless business processes for members of the Management Board.
- Set up and prepare for internal and external meetings such as welcoming guests, coordinating participants, providing the meeting room, preparing items from the agenda.
- Provide administrative and general office support, such as managing expense reports, directing phone calls and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide support for Finance, Back & Middle Office operations such as reconciling bank accounts, credit card statements, monitoring trading activity, account opening.
- Support the sales team in organizing client meetings, events etc. as well as any follow-up activities as required.
- Picking up any ad-hoc/unplanned tasks proactively as required.
**Your profile**
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally within an international environment in the financial sector
- Positive attitude, an independent work style, reliability, commitment and a high level of confidentiality
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and open to challenges
- Can-do attitude and a willingness to carry out a diverse range of duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and German (including Swiss German), French is a plus
