Als Supplier Service Representative sind Sie Mitglied im Supplier Relations-Team. Sie betreuen die Zusammenarbeit mit den Partnern von IQVIA für den PharmaTrend Panel. Neben einzelnen Apotheken und Drogerien betreuen Sie vorwiegend auch Apotheken- bzw. Drogerieketten und Gruppierungen. Sie pflegen den Kontakt zu den einzelnen Partnern und agieren als Kontaktperson und Experte/in für IQVIA Marktdaten. Sie haben ein offenes Ohr für die Bedürfnisse der Apotheken/Drogerien und unterstützen diese kompetent bei Fragen zur Datenerhebung und Marktentwicklungen. Die Schulung und Beratung der PharmaTrend Partner in der Analyse der IQVIA Daten gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Fokus.

Zu den Tätigkeiten gehören zudem unterschiedliche Projekte, um die Zusammenarbeit mit den Partnern zu verbessern und erweitern. Hier können Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement einbringen, auch in Kooperation mit internationalen IQVIA Teamkollegen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung von Apotheken und Drogerien sowie deren Zentralen zu Geschäftsbedürfnissen, Marktentwicklungen und Kundenanfragen.
  • Erstellung von individuellen Auswertungen mit PharmaTrend Daten für IQVIA Partner
  • Mitarbeit bei Verhandlungen und Vertrags-, sowie Adressmanagement
  • Mitarbeit und interne sowie externe Koordination verschiedener Projekte für Apotheken und Drogerien
  • Schulung von IQVIA Daten und Software Tools für Vertragspartner
  • Qualitätsüberprüfung und Mitarbeit bei der regelmässigen Produktion von Datenbanken

Ihr Profil

  • Paramedizinische Ausbildung (Apotheker/In, Pharma-Assistent/In) oder Studium im Bereich Marketing/Betriebswirtschaft o.ä. mit Interesse am Bereich Consumer Health
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Customer Service Management, Datenanalyse und Marktforschung
  • Erfahrung im Handel, v.a. im Bereich Consumer Health oder FMCG bevorzugt
  • gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Erfahrung mit Datenanalysen und Auswertungen
  • hohe Selbständigkeit und Eigenmotivation
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich), Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • sicheres Auftreten, überzeugend in der Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams von Vorteil
