We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our company management in Zug, Zürich and Appenzell. In this role, you will be working closely with our senior leadership team to manage the organization of our fintech venture.
We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a strong interest in finance and trading. The ideal candidate will be a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives (min. 2 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent at multi-tasking and able to prioritize tasks
- Resourceful and trustworthy person
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- The working environment will be in English and German
