Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Auftrags-/Kompetenzzentrum für Reparatur-/ Garantiefälle sowie Projektsupport
  • Koordination, Organisation und Überwachung von kundenbezogenen Reparatur- und Garantiefällen sowie Projektaufträgen
  • Durchgängige Auftragsabwicklung im SAP (ERP)
  • Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Unterstützung bei der auftragsbezogenen Materialdisposition
  • Erstellung von Reparatur-, Garantie- und Servicebestellungen
  • Support bei technischen Kunden- und Lieferantenanfragen
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten / Innovationen  

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Technische Grundausbildung (Landmaschinen-,  LKW-Mechaniker, Automobilmechatroniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
  • Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft (z.B. Handelsschule, technischer Kaufmann)
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung erwünscht
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung erwünscht
  • Gute SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Zwingend gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2 FCE)
  • Kunden- und kostenorientiertes Denken, dynamisch, ehrlich und loyal
  • Organisations- und Koordinationstalent
