**International Customer Services Agent windsor. (d/m/w)**:
In dieser spannenden und vielfältigen Vertriebsinnendienstfunktion sind Sie für die vollstufige Betreuung der internationalen windsor.B2B und Inhouse Kunden verantwortlich und gewährleisten jederzeit den perfekten Service. Sie managen das Orderwesen in unseren digitalen Tools und stellen stets die zeitgerechte Auslieferung sicher. Des Weiteren begleiten Sie den gesamten administrativen Verkaufsprozess bis hin zur Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge und bearbeiten sämtliche Kundenanfragen. Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Kunden
- sowie Umsatzanalysen.
Die kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse sowie die Mitwirkung an Customer-Service-Projekten gehören zu Ihrem vielseitigen Aufgabenbereich. Ihre Teilnahme an wichtigen Sales-Veranstaltungen und Kundenterminen mit dem Vertrieb sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Country Managern und dem Merchandising-Team rundet ihr spannendes Tätigkeitsfeld ab.

Sie bringen mit:

- eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre
- idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Customer Service und in der Betreuung von internationalen Märkten
- gute Anwender
- und IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP R/3)
- Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, sowie idealerweise eine weitere Fremdsprache
- ausgeprägtes Kommunikations
- und Organisationstalent
- eine hohe Affinität für Digitalierung und die Verbesserung von Prozessen
- schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- ein positives Mindset und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Mode und Lifestyle
