**Praktikant Brand Merchandise Management / Customer Service windsor. (d/m/w)**:
Im Rahmen dieser abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit bieten wir Ihnen die Chance, hinter die Kulissen des Brand Merchandise Managements sowie des Customer Service der Marke windsor. zu blicken.
Sie werden in vielfältige Aufgaben eingebunden und begleiten das Team im Daily Business:
Sie unterstützen das Merchandise Planning-Team z. B. beim NOS Replenishment für unsere eigenen Stores und Key Partner oder bei der Stammdatenanlage. Sie erstellen diverse Reports und unterstützen das Team bei verschiedenen administrativen Tätigkeiten wie z. B. bei der Vorbereitung von Kollektionsübergaben oder Showroom Inventuren.
Dem Customer Service Team helfen Sie u. a. bei der Erstellung von Gutschriften oder bei der Auftragseingabe und -bereinigung.

Sie bringen mit:

- ein Studium im Bereich Fashion Management oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
- sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) sowie optimalerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP
- hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Teamspirit sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Begeisterung für Mode und Handel
