Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our Institutional business team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our market share in the Institutional sector, building relationships with distributor representatives and customers, and developing and executing business and marketing plans for assigned distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase Ecolab Institutional market share through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor representatives and customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned distributors to achieve sales targets and expand Ecolab's presence in the Institutional market.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and cross-divisional sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of outside sales experience in the Institutional market sector.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales development experience in the Institutional market sector.
  • Strong understanding of Ecolab products, services, and systems, with a focus on their application in the Institutional markets.
  • Results-driven and possess a strong track record in business-to-business selling.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess exceptional negotiation skills and a passion to deliver and exceed client expectations.
