In this role, you will actively collaborate with the Sales Manager to provide support and chip in to the ensure the successful development of key growth accounts. Your expertise and efforts will be important in expanding our customer base, cultivating existing relationships, and driving revenue generation.

Furthermore, staying up-to-date with product knowledge, services, driven activities, and industry trends will be important for your success in this role. This knowledge will enable you to provide informed recommendations and insights to customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible solutions tailored to their needs.

Overall, as an Inside Sales Representative, you will be driving sales growth and fostering customer loyalty whilst building a career within a sophisticated successful team for one of the world’s most admired companies.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identify and close sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Prospect for new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Establish and develop customer relationships to further customer loyalty and allegiance.
- Use account and territory planning tools to develop an action plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, driven activity, and other general information of interest to customers.
- Participate in training and development programs as a means of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to develop account specific strategies and CRM development.
- Complete professional sales calls via telephone and Microsoft Teams to increase profitable sales growth in the Food and Industrial market.
- Establish and develop customer relationships to nurture customer loyalty and allegiance.
- Develop an action plan to achieve sales goals and objectives;
- Build internal/ external networks and increase partnership via our CRM system
- Identify and qualify new leads, cultivating them through the sales pipeline to convert them into customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to provide support and develop strategies for key growth accounts.
- Conduct product virtual and F2F demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the value proposition of our microbiology portfolio.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Supervise market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Travelling up to 20% travel within sales territory and attend regular off-site internal meetings

**Your qualification**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Communication or Business preferred.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and demonstrates a positive demeanor and strong desire to succeed
- Minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. experience
- Exceptional social skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
- Demonstrate a positive demeanor and strong desire to succeed
- Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment
- Digital literacy in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint or similar programs required
- Willingness to travel for training and sales meetings as required.
- Demonstrates values of integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.
- Language skills: Fluent in French or Italian or German, with sophisticated proficiency in English.
