We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Coordinator/Office Manager to join our team at Robert Walters Switzerland. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, including reception duties and providing personal assistant support to senior management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure that all office supplies are well-stocked and maintained.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
