Sales and Service Territory Manager

At Falch GmbH, we are seeking an exceptional Sales and Service Territory Manager to join our team in Western Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our sales territory, supporting and expanding existing customer relationships, and acquiring new customers. Your technical expertise and excellent communication skills will enable you to demonstrate our products at customer sites and provide exceptional customer support.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales territory in Western Switzerland
  • Support and expand existing customer relationships
  • Aquire new customers in a structured and focused manner
  • Be the primary contact person for customers and partners
  • Clarify technical questions, prepare offers, and process orders
Your Profile:
  • Enthusiastic personality with experience in selling complex technical products
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured way
  • Excellent French language skills
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 60%)
