Medtronic is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to lead our Gastrointestinal portfolio. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and project management.
A Day in the Life
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to provide application consulting and surgical support.
• Develop and execute training courses, product presentations, and practice-orientated training for medical staff.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets while monitoring and managing sales results.
• Prepare plans and presentations for workshops, symposia, and training events.
• Stay up-to-date with market and competitor monitoring initiatives.
• Participate in exhibitions and congresses.
Requirements
• Completed training or studies in business administration, medicine, or medical technology.
• Proven experience in strategic sales and project management.
• Solid sales experience in the medical technology industry, preferably in the hospital environment.
• Fluency in German, English, and French, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
