Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager - Institutional Clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional client acquisition and a strong sales background, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new institutional clients and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including pension funds, foundations, and insurance companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet or exceed sales targets for new business acquisition
- Expand existing relationships and increase revenue from existing clients
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the institutional market and Vontobel's investment offerings
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in institutional sales or business development
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- University degree in business, economics, or finance or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of the institutional market in Switzerland, including pension funds, foundations, and insurance companies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- German (or Swiss German) native language and excellent English (verbal and written)
